Fair enough. I admit I haven't explored Sirius to the extent that he probably deserves, and ficcish explorations are usually quite interesting. Also, part of me resents Sirius, simply because so many R/S shippers were seriously down on R/T when that ship was first launched in canon. But that's not really Sirius's fault, is it? ;)

I don't know if you know this, but your R/T fic was one of the first I ever read. I think it was written before the ship became canon, but I loved the insight into both characters in that story, and that's sort of what drew me into the fandom when I was just kind of hanging around its edges for the most part.
